POLICIES:
  • Minimum 5 night stay
  • $200 cleaning fee waived with stay of 7 nights or more.
  • Deposit of $500 due within 5 days of booking
  • Balance due within 60 days of arrival.
  • Min age of 25 years for at least one renter.
  • Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
    Check-in: 4:00 PM   Check-out: 10:00 AM

Cancellation:
  • Cancellation MORE than 60 days prior to lst date of rental = an administrative fee equal to 1 night rental.
  • Cancellation WITHIN 60 days of lst date of rental = the entire rental amount less a pro rata refund (minus the 1-day administrative fee) IF able to re-rent
