  • Cleaning fee waived for all stays of 7 or more nights
  • $500 deposit due within 5 days of booking, balance due 60 days prior to arrival

Cancellation:
  • Cancellation MORE than 60 days prior to lst date of rental = an administrative fee equal to 1 night rental.
  • Cancellation WITHIN 60 days of lst date of rental = the entire rental amount less a pro rata refund (minus the 1-day administrative fee) IF able to re-rent
