Cancellation:
  • Cancellation MORE than 60 days prior to lst date of rental = an administrative fee equal to 1 night rental.
  • Cancellation WITHIN 60 days of lst date of rental = the entire rental amount less a pro rata refund (minus the 1-day administrative fee) IF able to re-rent

The condo is fully equipped with a full kitchen, telephone with free long distance across the US and Canada, plus US Territories, digital cable TV, 37" wall mounted flatscreen in the living room and 32" wall mounted flatscreen in the bedroom, both with expanded cable channels and DVD players, and free wireless high-speed internet access for your convenience.

The queen sofa bed in the living room comfortably sleeps 2. In addition, we also stock a highchair and pack-n-play for the little one. Cooler, beach chairs, beach towels and everything we could think of to make your holiday easy, relaxed and enjoyable, is readily available.
