POLICIES:
  • Deposit of $500.00 due within 5 days to secure reservation
  • Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
  • Minimum 5 night stay
  • $150 Cleaning Fee is waived with stays of 7 nights or more.
  • Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
    Check-in: 4:00 PM   Check-out: 10:00 AM

Cancellation:
  • Cancellation MORE than 60 days prior to lst date of rental = an administrative fee equal to 1 night rental.
  • Cancellation WITHIN 60 days of lst date of rental = the entire rental amount less a pro rata refund (minus the 1-day administrative fee) IF able to re-rent

The queen sofa bed in the living room comfortably sleeps 2. In addition, we also stock a highchair and pack-n-play for the little one. Cooler, beach chairs, beach towels and everything we could think of to make your holiday easy, relaxed and enjoyable, is readily available.
